Richard N. Landers, Ph.D.
Richard is an Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and completed his Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota. His major research interests include web-based training and educational programs, unproctored internet testing, training through augmented reality, social networks and online communities, and virtual worlds as training systems.
Craig M. Reddock, M.S. (2009-)
Craig obtained his Master's degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. His research interests include the contingencies of technology-based training, customer service orientation, organizational justice, and situational judgment tests.
Rachel C. Johnson (2009-)
Rachel received her B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University in 2007. She is currently a second year doctoral student at Old Dominion University under Dr. Richard Landers. Her research interests include training and selection (particularly selection testing) but she is also open to other areas of I/O as her schooling continues.
Katelyn J. Cavanaugh (2010-)
Katelyn is a first year student in the I/O doctoral program at Old Dominion University. She graduated from the University of Delaware in 2008 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. After graduating, she worked as a Research Assistant in the Psychiatry Department at Drexel University College of Medicine. Katelyn's research interests include training and technology.
Arthur Singleton (2009-)
Arthur received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 2008. He is currently working for the federal government as a Human Resource Specialist with the Department of Navy. His interests include work motivation and training but he is open to getting as much exposure as possible to the I/O field.
Nicole Vladu (2010-)
Nicole received her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Training and Development from Old Dominion University in May 2010. She is interested in continuing her educational journey in graduate school focusing on I/O psychology; fields of interest are training & development, performance appraisals, and assessment.
Ben Davison (2009-2010)
Ben is an undergraduate studying Psychology at Old Dominion University. He would later like to focus in I/O in graduate school. His broad I/O interests include leadership, organizational development and organizational change.
Emily Garza (2009-2010)
Emily is an undergraduate student majoring in psychology with a strong interest in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She plans on moving to Washington DC upon graduating in May 2010 and attending graduate school to further her education of I/O Psychology.
